Business Analyst

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between different teams, and ensuring project success.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Experience in software development or IT project management
  • Professional certification in business analysis
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business analysis and understanding of business processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements
