Duties and Responsibilities :
Implement integrations requested by customers.
Deploy updates and fixes.
Provide Level 2 technical support.
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Develop scripts to automate.
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s level qualifications in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or any Professional Certification in related disciplines
2-3 years of Industry experience in Systems Engineering or DevOps role
Attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
Prioritize work effectively, and handle multiple tasks with critical deadlines to deliver on time.
Willingness to accept challenges and show a high level of enthusiasm.
Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps skills in the production environment.
Ability to work for Singapore working hours and Singapore Calendar.
